KIMS – Hospital Interactive Kiosk System
We designed and developed KIMS (Hospital Interactive Kiosk System) to improve patient experience and operational efficiency within healthcare facilities.The system provides patients and visitors with easy access to hospital services such as department directories, doctor schedules, queue assistance, and wayfinding. It also integrates real-time announcements, health information, and service guidance to reduce congestion and manual inquiries at hospital counters.
Built with a user-friendly interface, KIMS supports both walk-in patients and hospital staff, ensuring seamless interaction and faster service delivery.
Case Study
The implementation of KIMS at a public hospital significantly reduced patient inquiry load at information desks.
